About me

I have spent over 18 years in telecom and ICT. I started as a project engineer and have led programs and operations in Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean, up to leading a country and, today, regional cybersecurity and privacy.

I live in Panama. I have executive education from Harvard Business School Online and I am an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
